Linda Charlick, Broker Associate "Professional and Down Home" Linda was born in Tacoma, Washington and was raised in a military family. She relocated to Delta fourteen years ago with her husband and son. She has owned her own business and has managed several types of businesses. She worked for a real estate agent in Colorado Springs as a personal assistant for two years prior to moving to the western slopes. Linda got her real estate license in April, 2003 after working as the office manager of RE/MAX Today for a year. She belongs to the Colorado and National Real Estate Association and is a Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and an e-PRO (works with real estate on-line). It is important to have an agent with the education, experience, and know-how to anticipate problems, avoid them, but be able to handle them quickly in a professional manner should they occur.
